Meatloaf Teriyaki Recipe | |

 Ingredients: 
            2 pounds lean ground beef2 eggs -- lightly beaten 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup green bell pepper -- chopped 1 large onion -- chopped 2 carrots -- grated 2 cloves garlic -- crushed 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 
 Directions: 
           Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup soy sauce.  Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 9" baking dish. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and drain off grease.  Mix together the 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup soy sauce and pour over meat.  Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter.  Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately. | |
