 Ingredients: 
            Corned Beef
 Directions: 
           I don't boil corned beef, but I pour boiling water over it, cover with a lid and put it in the oven at 350 degrees, and leave it it about an hour per pound.  About 45 minutes before I want to serve it, I drain the liquid, and use that to cook the potatoes and cabbage.  I put the corned beef back in the pan I drained it from and return it to the oven while the vegetables are cooking.  That browns the meat slightly and it's delicious.  In fact, that was last night's supper. | |
