Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1C mayonnaise, can use light but not no fat
1C Parmesan cheese
Dash cayenne pepper or garlic powder to taste.

Directions:
Combine ingredients well. Place in 1 qt. baking dish.(Souffle works well)Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes until mixture bubbles. Serve hot with big scoop fritos or crackers.
