Cherry Pancakes (Kirschpfannkuchen) Recipe

Ingredients:
4 rolls
4 tbls. flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. cherries
butter or fat
cinnamon and sugar, mixed

Directions:
Soak rolls in cold water, squeeze dry and break up. Mix rolls thoroughly with flour, eggs, milk and sugar. Pit cherries and fold into batter. Drop spoonfuls of batter in deep hot fat or saute in butter. To serve, top with cinnamon and sugar. Serves 4(Hope this is what you were looking for, although it has cherries in it.)
