Garlic Soup Recipe

  Soup

Ingredients:
2T olive oil, 6 cloves garlic (crushed), 3 slices French bread, (crusts removed), 4c chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Saute garlic cloves and bread in oil over medium heat until they are just browned (do not let them burn). Remove from heat. Remove the bread, cut into 1-inch suares, and return the cubes to the pan. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the bread has disintegrated and mixed well into the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
