Sour Cream Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add vanilla and eggs. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add bananas, sour cream and nuts. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
