Ingredients:
1 can cut green beans1 can cut yellow beans 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed) 1/2 c coarsely chopped onion 1/2 c chopped green pepper or cucumber 1/2 cup salad oil 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. Salt 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. Black pepper
Directions:
Rinse and drain all beans in a colandar, while draining chop onions and dice peppers. Place in large covered bowl and add sugar, salt and pepper. In a 2 cup measure,combine oil and vinegar, mix and pour over bean and sugar mixture. Stir well and refrigerate at least 3 hours. This salad improves with age. May be kept up to one week. Other types of beans may be subsituted.
