Mexican Devilled Eggs Recipe

  Mexican Appetizer

Ingredients:
8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup taco or picante sauce
1 tblsp. onion, minced fine
1 tblsp. sour cream
Salt to taste
jalapeno pepper slices for garnish

Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, cheese, mayonnaise, taco sauce, onions, sour cream and salt. Stuff a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each egg white half. Garnish with jalapeno slices. Chill until serving time.
