Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing Recipe | |

Ingredients:
10 oz ricotta cheese 1 1/4 lb nonfat yogurt, plain 5 fl oz red wine vinegar 1 oz garlic, roasted, puree 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions:
Puree ricotta cheese in a food processor or blender until very smooth. Add the yogurt, vinegar, garlic, and mustard. Process until fully incorporated. Remove from the processor. use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
