Ingredients:
3to5lbs sweet potatoes1lb dark brown sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup water or less
Directions:
boil sweet potatoes until tender,cool enough to handle and peel-slice 1/4inch widebutter a 10square corningware casserole or 9x13pan place slices in gently.Meanwhile melt sugar,butter and water together-bring to boil and cook 3to5mins.Pour over sweet potatoes,cover and bake 350% about 35mins remove cover bake 10mins more.Can prepare a night ahead and bake in the morning. none
