Directions:
For a stuffed turkey, roast 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 hours, (depends on oven), or until juices run clear when you prick the thigh meat with fork. Roast at 325 F. Baste every 1/2 hour.For an unstuffed turkey, roast for less time, anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 hour less. Check it the same way by pricking the thigh meat with fork. |
