Italian Pork Chops Recipe

  Italian Pork

Ingredients:
6 center cut pork chops
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Combine egg and water; dip each pork chop in egg mixture; dredge in bread crumbs. Saute chops in oil on both sides until brown. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spoon half of tomato sauce over chops and top with a slice of cheese on each chop; spoon remaining tomato sauce over chops. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
