Ingredients:
1 egg1 stick melted margarine 1 cup chopped pecans 1 box Duncan Hines butter flavored cake mix 1 1lb. box powdered sugar 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and pat into a lightly greased, 13x9-inch cake pan; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour this mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and then turn oven down to 325 degrees and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not over-bake. | |
