Seafood Dip Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 cup flaked imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Assorted crackers or fresh vegetables

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first ten ingredients; stir until smooth. Spread in a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Yield: 6-8 servings
