Ingredients:
Mix:2 cups flour 1 tsp. soda 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp. salt #2 can crushed pineapple(juice and all) Topping: 1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients. Put into a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup walnuts over top.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For topping: Bring all to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour over cake while warm. | |
