Very berry Lemon Cake Recipe | |

 Ingredients: 
            1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries1 pkg. lemon cake mix 8 oz. plain yogurt or sour cream 4 eggs 
 Directions: 
           Rinse and drain blueberries.  Combine dry cake mix, yogurt, eggs.  Blend at low speed until moist.  Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; scrap bowl often.  Fold in berries.  Pour into generously greased, lightly floured 10 inch bundt or tube pan.  Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins.  Cool 15 mins; remove from pan.  Serve warm or cool with powdered sugar or whipped cream. | |
