Ingredients:
2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 4 large eggs 1/3 cup orange juice 1 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 tablespoons baking powder 5 apples 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
Yield: Serves 121. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or bundt pan. 2. Combine the first seven ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 minutes. 3. Peel and slice 4 to 5 apples in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons each of cinnamon and sugar. 4. Layer half of the batter in pan, then add apples, then the rest of the batter.
