Mexican Steak Marinade Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange juice3/4 cup V-8 juice 6 T lime juice 6 T olive oil 3 tsp paprika 3 tsp ground cumin 3 tsp oregano 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 6 cloves chopped fresh garlic
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Marinate steaks in a food-safe plastic bag or non-reactive glass bowl in the refrigerator for at least four, and no longer than twenty-four hours. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. |
