BOURBON MARINADE Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE MIXED WITH 1-2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/4 CUP BOURBON
1 SPRIG ROSEMARY (APPROX 5")

Directions:
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX SOY SAUCE WITH GARLIC POWDER. ADD OLIVE OIL & BOURBON. WHISK TOGETHER. COARSLEY CHOP ROSEMARY AND ADD TO MIXTURE. PLACE BEEF IN A ZIPPER PLATIC BAG, POUR IN MARINADE. REFRIGERATE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS. GRILL OR BROIL MEAT TO DESIRED DONENESS. ALSO EXCELLENT ON SALMON.
