Taco Dip Recipe

  Tex Mex Dips

Ingredients:
Small can of refried beans, mixed with a little water and taco seasoning; heated
8 oz Cream Cheese (slightly softened)
8 oz Sour Cream
1 1.25 oz Taco Seasoning Packet
Salsa
Shredded Lettuce
Diced Tomato
Diced Avocado
Diced Onion
Diced (hot, mild - your preference) Peppers
Sliced Olives
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Spread heated refried beans on a plate. Mix together the next three ingredients until smooth and creamy (should be a peachy-color). Spread this mixture out onto the refried beans. Now add a layer of salsa over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the lettuce, cheese, tomato, avocado, onion, peppers, and olives over the top of the salsa (in that order). Let chill in refrigerator up to an hour. Eat with tortilla chips. Serves 4 people.
