Ethiopian Injira Bread Recipe

  Ethiopian Bread

Ingredients:
3 cups of warm water

2 1/2 cups of self rising flour

3 tbsp Soda water


Directions:
Use a blender to blend the water & flour.

Mix in the soda water.

Heat an electric fry pan to 400 deg. or wing it on the stove top with a conventional pan.

Ladle 4 oz. of batter into the pan and roll the pan to spread it all around.

Cook it until the edges curl - don't flip it over.

Serve hot.

You can roll stuff in the bread or use it as a scoop.
