PARSLEY AND GARLIC WITH OLIVE OIL Recipe

  Pasta

Ingredients:
14 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped fine
4 med. garlic cloves, chopped fine, (or more, to taste)
1/4 cup reduced chicken broth (Boil 1 cup chicken broth down to 1/4 cup)

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat the oil with the parsley and garlic over moderate/high heat.
When the garlic and parsley sizzle and garlic is golden, after 1-2 minutes, stir in the broth, taking care to avoid splattering.
As soon as it simmers, pour the sauce over cooked pasta.
