Seafood Salad Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
1 box shell macaroni, cooked
1 lb medium shrimp, cooked and peeled (frozen can be substituted, but will need more seasoning)
1 lb crab meat, torn in bite size pieces
1 12oz or larger bottle coleslaw dressing
1 12oz can peas, drained
green onions, chopped, both white and green ends
sliced radishes
salt and freshly grated black pepper

Directions:
In a rectangular pan, lay all of the cooled shell pasta in the bottom of the pan. On top of that, lay the crab meat, and shrimp, and peas. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the dressing, making sure to cover the entire dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, over night is better. Just before serving, garnish with green onions and radishes.
