Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 3 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup flour Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup pecans Directions: Melt butter and chocolate together in double boiler. cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan. Bake in a very slow, preheated (300-325 degree) oven for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with whipped or ice cream. Serves 6
