Ingredients:
2 cups lobster meat, cut in pieces 1/4 lb. butter 5 cups milk (or a combination of milk & cream) 1 cup crushed soda crackers (saltines) 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Saute the lobster meat in butter over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until lobster has a glazed appearance. Scald the milk in the top of a double boiler. Lower heat and add the other ingredients and lobster meat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6
