Salsa Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 lb peeled and seeded tomatoes
1 spanish onion
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 bunch chopped cilantro
2 jalapenos
1 green bell pepper
2T lime juice
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Chop the tomatoes, mince the onion. Place in a mixing bowl along with the garlic and cilantro.Seed the jalapenos and dice fine, blend into the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and membrane from the green peppers, dice fine, stir into the tomatoes along with the lime juice, add the salt. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Yield: 4 cups
