Chocolate Expresso Glaze Recipe

Ingredients:
Chocolate Expresso Glaze

2 Tbsp instant expresso
6 Tbsp Dutch Process Cocoa Powder (If not available, use regular cocoa powder).
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Sift cocoa powder into medium bowl. Add instant expresso. Pour in around 1/4 cup boiling water, (use as little as possible, just enough to dissolve cocoa). Whisk till dissolved. Add cofectioner's sugar and mix well.
