Black Bean Soup Recipe

  Soup

Ingredients:
1 16oz. bag dried black beans
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
10 bacon slices, chopped into inch size pieces
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbls. crushed red pepper
10 cups water

Directions:
Carefully clean the dried beans (they always have a few rocks mixed in there!) and wash them. In a slow cooker, add all ingredients EXCEPT the salt. Cook on low for eight hours. Half an hour before serving, add the salt. ENJOY!
