Black Bean Tofu Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can refried beans
1 package extra firm tofu, drained
2 cans black beans
desired condiments (chopped veggies (peppers/onions, etc), salsa, sour cream (vegan or regular) guacamole, ...)
2 cups of rice
flour tortillas

Directions:
Very easy.. Add drained black beans, refried beans, and mashed tofu to a heated pan. Cook and heat through. Cook until tofu begins to brown. Cook rice separately. When finished add contents from pan, rice, and condiments to warmed tortilla.

If you are willing to take more time cook the tofu separately with BBQ sauce before adding to Burritos.
Serves 4 to 6.
