Ingredients:
1/2 stick of softened margarine 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup shortening 2 cups powdered sugar Dash of salt
Directions:
Mix and beat for 5 minutes. Add 1 large egg white and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Prepare your favorite chocolate cake, a mix is what I use, in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Remove from pan, cool and when completely cool, slice in half to make two layers of cake. To prepare the filling: Mix the ingredients and beat 3 minutes. Put filling between layers of chocolate cake and sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake. | |
