sun dried tomato pesto Recipe

  Italian Sauces

Ingredients:
100 grams Walnuts
100 grams Sundried tomatoes(weigh dry, then rehydrate in warm water)
1.5-2.0 Tbs. Roasted garlic cloves.
3 Tbs. Grated parmaesan.
1/3 c. Olive oil.
salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Place nuts in processor and go 4till minced fine, add garlic and Cheese. Pulse a cuple of times then add tomatoes4till they4rechopped fine. Incorporate oil and Voila you4re. ready.
