Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes - peeled, seeded and diced 4 cups tomato juice 14 leaves fresh basil 1 cup heavy whipping cream 4 ounces butter salt to taste ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Combine tomatoes and juice in stock pot. Simmer 30 minutes. 2 Puree along with basil leaves in processor. 3 Return to stock pot and add heavy cream and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasonings to personal taste preference. Makes 4 -6 servings
