Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins Recipe | |

 Ingredients: 
            2 cups flour1 t baking soda 1 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 1/2 cup margarine 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 2/3 cup sour cream 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 t vanilla 3 T poppy seeds grated peel of one lemon 
 Directions: 
           Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until just blended. Fold in poppy seeds and lemon peel. Put into 12 muffin cups and sprinkle tops with sugar if desired.Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.  | |
