pineapple noodle kugel Recipe

Ingredients:
sm. bag medium egg noodles--1/4 lb. melted margarine-1/2 lb. cream cheese--8 oz. sour cream--sm. can crushed pineapple, juice and all--3/4 cup sugar- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla--4 eggs,whipped for a long time

Directions:
add all of the above to cooked and drained noodles. bake at 350 for 30 minutes in ungreased casserole dish-top with the following streusel and bake for about 20 more minutes--
streusel topping----
1/2 cup brown sugar--1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts--2 tsp. cinnamon--2 tbsp. butter or margarine--6 or 7 crushed graham crackers
this recipe freezes very well covered in heavy duty foil--ENJOY!!
