Creamy Broccoli Soup Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c broccoli2c water 1 lg celery stalk chopped 1 med onion chopped 2T margarine 2T flour 2 1/2c water 1T instant chicken bouillion 3/4t salt 1/8t pepper dash nutmeg 1/2c whipping cream
Directions:
Boil 2c water. Add veggies. Boil covered until tender (about 10 mins). Do not drain. Blend in blender until creamy. Heat margarine. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 1/2 c water. Broing to a boil stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Mix in broccoli mixture, dry bouillion, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat just to boiling. Stir in whipping cream. Heat just until hot. Serve with cheddar cheese if desired.115 calories. 8 servings.
