Tuna Salad Recipe

  American Salad

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs tuna, canned, drained
10 ounces mayonnaise
4 ounces celery, chopped fine
4 oz. onion, minced
Garlic powder to taste
2 teaspoons Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon white pepper, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Drain tuna thoroughly;flake and place in a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, seasonings, and mustard;mix well
Yield:2 Quarts
