Stuffed Morel Caps Recipe | |

Ingredients:
12 fresh morel mushrooms 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese Garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Use only fresh morels. Cut the stems off the morel caps and chop the stems fine. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the chopped stem, parmesan and garlic powder to the melted butter; bring to a boil. Spoon the mixture into the caps and arrange in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Serve hot. 2-4 servings.
