Chinese Meatballs Recipe

  Chinese Beef

Ingredients:
Mix together:

1 lb. of beef
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. of garlic salt and pepper
1 pkg. of onion soup mix

Shape into balls and brown in a fry pan.

Cut and add to pan:
1 onion (cut into wedges)
2 carrots (sliced)
Green/red peppers and celery

Sauce:

Bring to a boil in saucepan:
1 tbsp. of cornstarch
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of water
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 beef or chicken bouillon cube

Directions:
Serve meatballs on a bed of rice or noodles. Pour sauce over meatballs.
