Noodle Kugel Recipe

  Jewish Pasta

Ingredients:
1 package wide egg noodles
1 stick butter
1 large container sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Cook noodles al dente, drain and rinse. Melt butter in a 13 X 9 pan and toss in noodles to coat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup raisins, cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 1 hour at 350. Serve warm.
