Lobster Norfolk Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds Lobster meat
1/8 pound Smithfield ham -- thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Pick shells from lobster and discard; set Lobster aside. Cut ham into
1/2-inch strips; set aside. Sauti onions in butter, over low heat, until
translucent. Add ham and lobster. Cook until lightly brown. Stir gently. Yield: 8 servings.

Note: Smithfield ham is a salt-cured country ham.
