Pho - modifications Recipe

  Vietnamese Soup

Ingredients:
-radishes
-black bean sauce
-hot pepper sauce (not Tabasco, more like a paste)
-lemon juice
-mint leaves

Directions:
-about 30 minutes before stock is ready, add about 15 radishes
-when ready to eat, add to your bowl, as you like:
-black bean sauce
-hot pepper sauce
-lemon juice
