Ingredients:
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, (optional) 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate.8 Servings
