Cornflake Cookies Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/2 c butter or margarine 3/4 c brown sugar 1 lg egg 1 tsp vanilla 1-1/4 c flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2/3 c cornflakes 2/3 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda. Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture. Stir in cornflakes and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. | |
