Ingredients:
1 small packet wholewheat biscuits 3 oz melted margarine 1 tin condensed milk, boiled in tin for 2 hours then cooled 2 bananas, sliced soft brown sugar to taste instant coffee powder to taste 2 tbsps natural yoghurt 3 oz walnuts, roughly chopped 7 fl oz whipping cream
Directions:
1. Crush the biscuits and add the melted margarine, so that the crumbs are well coated. Press onto the base of a pie dish. 2. Spread the contents of the tin of condensed milk onto the biscuit base and cover with banana slices. 3. Whip together the cream, sugar and coffee until the cream is stiff. Fold in the yoghurt. 4. Spread the cream over the bananas, smooth the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serving (4)
