Ingredients:
1 qt. pecans1 egg white, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. milk 1 tsp. water
Directions:
Add ingredients to beaten egg white. Mix. Add pecans. Mix until glazed. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.A great snack as well as added to salads.
