Steak with Mushroom Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:
= c. flour
1 t salt
< t pepper
2 T oil
1 can onion soup
8 oz Mushrooms
2 lbs. Steak
> c. water
1 T cornstarch
8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper, coat steak and brown in skillet. Place steak in slow cooker. In bowl combine remaining ingredients except cornstarch and sour cream. Pour over steak. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours. Or high 4-5 hours until meat is tender. Remove steak. With slow cooker on high, combine cornstarch with small amount of water and stir until thicken. Stir sour cream into thicken mixture to heat through
