Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour3 cups white flour 5 tsp baking powder 1 T salt 1-1/2 cups brown sugar 3 cups All Bran 3 cups natural bran 2 cups raisins 2 eggs and 2 egg whites 1 cup applesauce 1/4 cup molasses 1Qt buttermilk - 1% 1-1/2 cups water
Directions:
MAKES 5 DOZEN ......Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs and all liquids together. Combine dry ingredients and liquids. Refrigerate overnight. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Recipe handed out at WW meeting. One muffin equals 1 point.
