Fried Spinach Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh spinach (or 3/4 pounds frozen spinach, thawed)1 tablespoon peanut oil salt to taste 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain off excess water.Heat the oil in a large sauce pan, add the spinach and cook over high-heat 1 minute, stirring all the time, until the spinach softens and wilts. Lower heat and add the salt and soy sauce. Cook another minute. |
