2 Cornish game hens1 pkg. pecan rice 1 1/2 c. water Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 6 hours. | |
