Ingredients:
1 Head Green Cabbage1 Small Onion 3-4 Medium Carrots 1-2 Tablespoons Sugar 1 Tablespoon Vinegar 1-2 Cups Miracle Whip or Hellmans Mayonaise Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. Wash cabbage.2. Grate Cabbage. 3. Peel and finely chop onion. 4. Peel and grate carrots. 5. Place grated cabbage, onions, and carrots in a medium size bowl. Add sugar vinegar and half of mayonaise. Mix all ingredients until moist and creamy. Add more mayonaise as needed. 6. Add Salt & Pepper to taste. | |
